At Kamado Joe International, we stand behind the quality of our grills and accessories. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Submit a Return Request
Log into your account portal or contact our customer support team to initiate your return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all components, manuals, and protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Print your prepaid shipping label and securely attach it to the outside of the box, clearly marking your RMA number on the package.
Refund Processing
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
